If you are arriving in Charlottesville from air, train or bus travel we can assist you in reaching Yogaville with our in-house transportation service. Please refer the following chart of times and rates for booking a pick-up and drop-off. We apologize, but we are unable to offer transportation service from Lynchburg or Roanoke.
Charlottesville, Virginia is the closest city to the Ashram that provides air, bus and train service. Pick-up and/or drop-off services are available as follows:
Sunday – Friday
- 9:00 am – 8:00 pm $45 per person one way
- 6:00 am – 9:00 am $55 per person one way (Early)
- 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm $55 per person one way (Late)
- No transportation service available after 9:30 pm
- Transportation service available Sat 9:30am- 5:30 pm

Children under the age of 12 at no charge.
Dulles: No pick-up or drop-off service is available to Dulles International Airport or
Reagan National Airport. If you do travel to Washington, DC you can:
1. Take a shuttle from the airport to the bus station and travel from there to Charlottesville. You may order pick-up and/or drop-off service to and from Yogaville from the bus station. Pricing info and details can be found at Super Shuttle website or click here for Google search results. Visit the Greyhound or Amtrak website if you require a reservation from DC to Charlottesville;

2. Take a shuttle to the train terminal and travel from there to Charlottesville. You may order pick-up and/or drop-off service to and from Yogaville from the train station. Pricing info and details can be found at Super Shuttle website or click here for Google search results. Visit the Greyhound or Amtrak website if you require a reservation from DC to Charlottesville;

3. Rent a car and drive to Charlottesville, return it and arrange and for transportation from Charlottesville – more information can be found at Avis Rent a Car, Budget Car Rental, or National Car Rental, all of which are located at the Charlottesville airport.
No transportation service is available on holidays and special event days – Christmas , New Year’s Day , Jayanthi , Easter, Guru Poornima.
After hours and long distance service requests are subject to approval.
Please note: A full refund of the transportation charge is available if you give us notice of your change of plans at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. If you give less than 72 hours notice, a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
The transportation charge is not refundable if the request is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
