PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY

NO REFUND will be given if notice of cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the start of program.

A CREDIT minus a $50.00 processing fee will be issued if a cancellation request is made with less than 3 days (72 hours) notice. The credit is good for 1 year from the date of the cancellation.

A REFUND minus a $50.00 processing fee will be issued if a cancellation request is made with more than 3 days (72 hours) notice.

TRANSPORTATION CANCELLATION POLICY

TRANSPORTATION CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice of the time of the transport.

A CANCELLATION FEE OF $10 will apply if cancellation is less than 3 days (72 hours) but more than 24 hours advance notice.

A FULL REFUND will be issued if the cancellation is made with more than 3 days (72 hours) advance notice.

Discounts

We offer various opportunities for discounts on program and lodging. Some programs are not eligible for the First Time Visitor discount – this will be indicated on the program information on this website and in our printed catalog.  A combination of up to two discounts may be applied but cannot total more than 20% off.

Coupon codes may only be applied to the program for which they are generated and are only valid for their advertised time period.
